First Reviewer Roster

A quick guide for the team

This page shows who does the first review of TP quotations and appendices each week. The turn rotates weekly between the three reviewers. A week runs Saturday to Friday. Open the link, look at the top, and you know whose turn it is. Nothing to install and no login needed.

1

Whose turn this week

The banner near the top shows the person on first review this week, with the week dates. It also shows who is up next.

2

The week list

Below that, every week is listed with its dates and the assigned reviewer. Each person has their own colour. The current week is highlighted. Use This week, and the arrows, to move through the calendar.

3

Turn count

The three cards at the top show how many turns each person has in the weeks currently on screen, so you can see the load stays even.

If you are on leave that week
1

Open the week and swap

Find your week, click Change, then under "On leave? Swap turns" pick the colleague's week you want to trade with and click Swap weeks. You take their week, they take yours, so everyone keeps the same number of turns. You can add a short note such as annual leave.

2

Just need a one time cover

If someone is only covering once, without trading a week back, use "Or just reassign this one week" and pick the person. The week gets a Reassigned tag.

3

Undo a change

Made a change by mistake, open that week and click Reset to planned to put it back to the original rotation.

Good to know
For whoever manages the roster

Use the Team button (top of the page) for changes to the people themselves, from any Saturday you choose. Earlier weeks stay as they are.

About saving changes. Check the line at the very bottom of the roster page. If it says "This device only", a swap you make is saved on your own device, so tell the team or ask Carmen to make it the shared copy. If it says "Live sync", your change is shared automatically with everyone who opens the link.
Questions about the rotation, ask Carmen (Tax Advisory).
